Disciplined Dialogues

I spent a lot of time this week having disciplined dialogues around education practice. Its so important to work with colleagues and communities of professional practice to develop a shared language to talk about learning.These discussions must be informed by reason and values and stimulated by helpful qualitative and quantitative data.
